ChatCorp AI operates as a Data Processor. Our Clients (businesses) act as Data Controllers. We process data strictly according to Client instructions to facilitate automated interactions across multiple platforms.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Credentials: Name, email, and encrypted API keys or access tokens required to connect third-party platforms.
  • Integrated Channel Data: When you connect social media accounts (such as X, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), we collect profile identifiers, handles, and basic contact information as permitted by those platforms.
  • Interaction Content: Message history, DMs, mentions, and media processed by our AI agents across all connected channels.
  • Metadata: Technical logs, IP addresses, and engagement metrics for security and performance optimization.

3. Use of Data & Third-Party Platforms

We use the collected information solely to provide our services. By connecting a third-party service (e.g., social media or messaging APIs), you authorize ChatCorp AI to access and process data from those services in accordance with their respective developer policies and your chosen settings.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (e.g., AWS, LLM providers) and the specific third-party channels you choose to integrate. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) to protect all access tokens and communication history.

5. Your Rights

Users can revoke ChatCorp AI’s access to any integrated platform at any time through the platform’s own security settings (e.g., X Apps settings, Meta Business Suite). For data deletion requests, contact our support team.
